Cookie Policy
Last updated: January 12, 2026
This policy explains which cookies stratocloudmx.com uses, for what purpose and how you can manage your preferences at any time.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. They allow us to remember your preferences and measure site usage. Some are necessary for the page to work; others require your explicit consent.
2. Categories we use
- Strictly necessary: enable basic navigation, accessibility and security. They do not require consent.
- Analytics: help us understand which articles are most read, in aggregate form. They are activated only if you accept them.
- Advertising and personalization: allow us to measure Google Ads campaigns and tailor ad relevance. They are activated only if you accept them.
3. Google Consent Mode v2
Stratocloudmx implements Google Consent Mode v2 with denied defaults. This means that, until you explicitly accept, no advertising or analytics cookies are installed. When you accept, an update signal is sent to Google and the corresponding categories are enabled (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage). We also enable ads_data_redaction and url_passthrough so that the transmitted information is the minimum necessary.
4. How to manage your preferences
You can accept, reject or customize your preferences from the banner that appears on your first visit, or reopen it whenever you want from the footer link. Your choice is saved locally in your browser and re-applied on later visits. If you clear browser data, the banner will appear again.
5. Third-party cookies
When you accept, we may load Google scripts (Ads and Analytics). These providers set their own cookies under their privacy policies. We recommend reviewing them for further detail.
