Privacy Policy
Last updated: January 12, 2026
At Stratocloudmx we value your privacy. This policy explains in simple terms what data we process, for what purpose and what your rights are as a data subject under the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).
1. Who is responsible
The party responsible for processing the personal data collected through stratocloudmx.com is Stratocloudmx, with editorial address at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 296, Floor 14, Col. Juárez, Mexico City. For any question related to this policy you can write to info@stratocloudmx.com.
2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you choose to provide through the contact form: name, email address and the content of your message. We also automatically register non-identifying technical data such as browser type, operating system and visited pages for statistical purposes, provided you have given consent through the cookie banner.
3. Purposes of processing
Your data is used exclusively to answer your inquiries, improve editorial content and, when applicable and with your consent, measure aggregate audience with tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads under advanced Consent Mode v2. We do not perform automated profiling with legal effects on you.
4. Transfers
We do not sell or rent your data. We may share aggregated and anonymized information with technology providers (hosting, analytics and Google advertising) located in the United States and the European Union. These providers have standard contractual clauses and published privacy policies.
5. ARCO rights
You have the right to access, rectify, cancel or oppose the processing of your personal data, as well as to revoke your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, send an email to info@stratocloudmx.com indicating your name, the data on which you wish to exercise the right and a copy of an official ID.
6. Retention
We retain messages received through the form for a maximum of 24 months for editorial follow-up. They are then deleted securely.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data: TLS encryption in transit, access controls to the management panel and periodic reviews of providers.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The current version will always be available on this page with its last updated date.
